RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Before returning an item, please ensure your return meets the following requirements:

  • All requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and label attached.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We reserve the right to deny any return based on its condition upon arrival.
  • Unacceptable items will be returned to you at your own expense.
  • No exchanges on SALE items.
  • Exchanges will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the time we receive the item.

Accepted Reasons for Exchange:

  • Defective or damaged item received.
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Size exchange by customer request.

Exchanges without proof will not be processed.
