At room for air, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking updates to appear online after your order has been dispatched. Since each garment is carefully hand-packaged by our small team, we kindly ask for 1-3 business days to process your order. After processing, delivery typically takes an additional 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
Ownership of the goods transfers to you once they are delivered to the address provided at checkout. From that point, room for air is no longer responsible for their care. We are also not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit. Should such an issue arise, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Please note that shipping costs at checkout do not cover customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges incurred upon the package's arrival in their country. We are unable to adjust or lower the declared value of shipments for customs purposes.
